These winter mellons popped out from nowhere in our veggie garden. They weren't planted, and were probably from the compost. They are quite huge, bigger than an average person's head and very heavy. Tasty!
Oh, my. They just popped up from no where? That is odd. Wow, free water melons and tasty. Makes me drool now. They are huge. They grow in the soil, right? And melons in the winter season? I thought they are summer fruit.
